Dancing with The Stars: Cheryl Burke loses 15 Pounds

So, I was reading People this week....I didn't order or pay for the subscription my self (for the record) OK? The people who lived in our house before didn't change the address to their subscriptions, so now I get a slew of magazines such as; People, Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, and a cigar catalog. I must say they can be very entertaining when you least expect it. Anyways, on to our topic of conversation. Cheryl Burke is quoted as saying, "I need to break a sweat every day or I don't feel good." I agree with this statement wholeheartedly. In fact, if I don't break a sweat for at least an hour a day, I don't feel good. She goes on to describe how she was able to lose an extra fifteen pounds. She did not fast because, "eventually you have to eat," and she didn't crash diet. She just changed a couple of her habits. Before she used to skip breakfast and then gorge by the time dinner rolls around. This is the first thing she changed. Now she goes for balance starting her day with egg whites and whole wheat toast, and not eating after 8 PM. She also opts for light dressing, lean meats, and low fat cottage chesse in her tacos. Some of her favorite snacks are bannana with peanut butter, or hummus and veggies. Cheryl admits being addicted to carbs, so she allows herself one pasta meal per month. Sounds pretty healthy to me.
